i170 – à l’image d’un temps confiné.

Voici une fable confinée et illustrée qui met fin aux paraboles. Voici ici le monde d’un confiné, à travers ses mots et sa toile. La fable fait partie des traditions humaines depuis la nuit des temps et se retrouve dans toute les cultures. L’intervention ce soir de André Houllier, qui s’invente et nous invente une histoire confinée, textuelle et picturale, nous montre que l’Art Confiné s’inspire de genres différents et ancrés dans les traditions humaines, comme les fêtes païennes, les banquets philosophiques, les écrits sumériens, les proverbes…

« Chacun se trompe ici-bas.
On voit courir après l’ombre
Tant de fous, qu’on n’en sait pas
La plupart du temps le nombre.
Au Chien dont parle Ésope il faut les renvoyer.
Ce Chien, voyant sa proie en l’eau représentée,
La quitta pour l’image, et pensa se noyer ;
La rivière devint tout d’un coup agitée.
A toute peine il regagna les bords,
Et n’eut ni l’ombre ni le corps. »

« Sortir le chien, fumer un clope. Avec le papier, daté-signé, qui nous définit, Tito et moi, à l’heure dite. 17h09, déjà la nuit. Un pipi, quelques bouffées, se rentrer. Le Mille feuilles, Le Mètre à Ruban, chez Momo : librairie, mercerie, bar, les inutiles ont fermé boutique. On n’y voit rien, où est passé le chemin ? Quelque chose brûle en moi, s’évapore gentiment, à feu doux. Et l’innocent qui jappe, aboie entre mes jambes. Imbécile heureux, ton bonheur est mien. Le compas contrarié, j’ai failli tomber 3 fois dans un rayon d’un kilomètre. »

J’ai peint cette fable avec ce qui vient, ce que j’ai retenu de l’air du temps, le manque d’oxygène quand mes souvenirs font de l’apnée, tout ce qui veut bien remonter à la surface pour prendre une forme. Précision : je n’ai pas de chien et si j’en avais un, je ne l’appellerais pas Tito.
